Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

What makes Lindsay Ann Artistry unique?

Lindsay Ann Artistry is committed to providing unique, quality products. We strive to carry only products in our shop that are created artistically and personally for our clients. We work hard to find only local (printed in the USA) vendors to create our products. Not only that, but our creations are our creations! Each pattern and design with specific themes in mind. If you have trouble finding a pattern for your nursery or home, contact us by filling out our form. We would love to bring your idea to life.

When will I receive my products?

Custom order timelines vary depending on the type of product.

Most of our crib sheets and changing pad covers are regularly stocked and ship within 2 business days. If you pre-order a design, it will take approximately 8 days for your item to ship after placing your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Your satisfaction is important to us. We can accept returns/exchanges for any products that are not personalized or customized. Due to the nature of our crib sheets and changing pad covers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for laundered items. Orders must be in their original packaging for the return/exchange to be accepted. Email us whether you'd like to return or exchange your item(s) with your order number, and we will process a return label for you. For custom orders, please get in touch with us to let us know of your concerns.

Can I machine wash your products?

Washing Instructions: For the most extended life and quality of the fabric, we recommend hand washing, and hang to dry. However, the ones we use at home handle machine washing with warm water, and tumble dry low heat very well.

How are your crib sheets assembled and packaged?

Our crib sheets are printed on premium jersey knit polyester fabric (96% poly, 4% spandex). This fabric is breathable, durable, and machine-washable! It's soft and stretchy and fits standard crib mattresses. We have our exclusive patterns printed on the fabric using a process called sublimation. This process adheres to the fabric permanently like a dye with a chemical reaction. The manufacturing process only uses biodegradable water-based inks, and 100% of the components used in the production process are recycled.

The crib sheets are hand-sewn with reinforced elastic all around and deep pockets to provide you with a safe and fashionable option for your nursery.

We package our products in a cardboard box with a sticker that includes the product type and washing instructions. Some boxes include a viewing window to see the product without opening the box. Both boxes are perfect boxes for wrapping or including in a gift bag for a baby shower gift.
